| Building Bridges provides a forum in which CHCC members can exchange stories featuring profiles of extraordinary individuals involved in the Healthy Cities Movement and stories about communities who have excelled in promoting and implementing a Healthy Cities agenda. This Building Bridges forum also includes stories about flourishing partnerships and thriving collaborations that have taken the ideas of the Healthy Cities Movement and successfully put them into practice.
It is our hope that this forum will act to inspire individuals, organizations and communities to work together to promote the healthy cities vision. Coalition members are encouraged to contribute stories to this forum on a regular basis. We hope to hear from you and hope that the stories we collect will provide you with useful information in your efforts to make your communities better places to live and thrive.
